Gather the following:

bullet

1/2 Cup Applesauce

bullet

1/2 Cup Cooking Oil

1 Cup Milk

2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour

bullet

1 Cup Flour

bullet

2 Cups Chopped Walnuts

1 Teaspoon Baking Soda

bullet

1 Tablespoon Cinamon

bullet

3/4 Teaspoon Salt

1 Teaspoon Nutmeg

bullet

1 Cup Milk

  1. Then add:

bullet

2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour

bullet

1 Cup Flour

bullet

2 Cups Chopped Walnuts

  1. Then use a fork to mash the bananas and fold them into the mix
