Ok, so I have to tinker with everything.  So I tinkered around with Mom's Chocolate Chip Cookies and came up with the following.

Gather the following:

Cookie Pan

Large Mixing bowl

bullet

1/2 Cup Brown Sugar

bullet

1/2 Cup Brown Sugar Replacer

bullet

1 Tablespoon Vanilla

bullet

1/3 Cup Cooking Oil

bullet

1/2 Cup Penut Butter

bullet

1 Egg

bullet

1/2 Cup Applesauce

bullet

1/4 Teaspoon Salt

bullet

1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda

bullet

1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour

bullet

2 Cups Oatmeal

bullet

1 1/4 Cup Chopped Walnuts

bullet

1 Cup Dark Chocolate  (I use 2 Swiss Chocolate Bars)

1/2 Cup Water

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. In the mixing bowl, thoroughly mix

    1/2 Cup Brown Sugar

    bullet

    1/2 Cup Brown Sugar Replacer

    bullet

    1 Tablespoon Vanilla

    bullet

    1/3 Cup Cooking Oil

    bullet

    1/2 Cup Penut Butter

    bullet

    1 Egg

    bullet

    1/2 Cup Applesauce

    bullet

    1/4 Teaspoon Salt

    bullet

    1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda

     

  3. Then add and mix:

    1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour

    bullet

    2 Cups Oatmeal

    bullet

    1 1/4 Cup Walnuts

    bullet

    1 Cup Dark Chocolate  (I use 2 Swiss Chocolate Bars)

    bullet

    1/2 Cup Water

     

  4. Finally add in the chocolate .and mix till chocolate is well distributed.

  5. Form little balls of the dough, place on cookie pan and flatten slightly.

  6. Bake at 350 for about 10 or 11 minutes..

  7. Just like the other cookies, start eating as soon as they are cool enough not to burn you!
